We designed and structured the Agricultural Price Stabilization Fund (APSF) as a PHP 10 billion (~€160 million) blended finance program aimed at stabilizing agricultural prices and strengthening rural economies. We developed a comprehensive framework that combines market interventions, research, and climate-smart infrastructure investments to support smallholder farmers and rural communities.
