We designed and structured Green Pastures as an integrated rural development and senior living model that combines sustainable agriculture with high-quality, community-oriented retirement living in New York State. We developed the concept to repurpose historic farm properties into self-sustaining senior communities that blend farm life, modern healthcare services, and environmentally responsible agricultural practices.
