We designed and structured the Mindanao Earthquake Recovery and Resilience Initiative (MERRI) as a €100 million integrated recovery program to restore earthquake-affected communities in the Davao and Caraga Regions. We developed a unified approach that bridges immediate humanitarian relief with long-term resilience building to ensure both rapid recovery and sustainable redevelopment.
