We developed and structured a commercial industrial greenhouse venture focused on the automated, year-round production of leafy vegetables, particularly lettuce, using advanced soil-less greenhouse technology. We designed the system to reduce reliance on long-distance vegetable imports by enabling large-scale local production across East Coast U.S. states, with a primary focus on New York.
