What we did

We conceptualized and structured the New York International Food Park as a large-scale, integrated food infrastructure project spanning 2,000 acres in Newburgh, Orange County. We selected a strategic site at the intersection of I-87 and I-84, with proximity to Stewart International Airport, to ensure efficient logistics and direct access to domestic and global markets.
