We designed and structured the Northern Cebu Earthquake Rehabilitation and Resilience Program (NCERRP) as a €50 million post-disaster recovery and resilience initiative to rebuild and future-proof affected communities in Northern Cebu. We developed an integrated program framework focused on resilient housing reconstruction, green infrastructure development, and the restoration of sustainable livelihoods.
